Tamas and Marton, two friends who met in Copenhagen are responsible for every bite - they put their best knowledge and craftmanship into every item. Trained in Copenhagen’s best bakeries, they wake up early in the morning to set the mood for the day with beautiful pastries and bread.
We take plesure in crafting our products using lacto-fermentation, resulting in exceptional flavor from lengthy fermentation processes. Sustainability is a core value for us, so we make every effort to minimize waste by repurposing offcuts back into our production cycle. The use of sourdough and other fermentation processes allows us to utilize every resource we have.
Using locally produced Norwegian flours from Hurum Mølle, a more than 100 year old family business using stone milling to keep the flavor and fragrance of the grains - and other high-quality ingredients, we take pride in delivering consistently delicious sourdough loaves and pastries to our customers.
